什么是流感

流行性感冒是由流行性感冒病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病，传染性强、传染迅速、发病急。常有高热、头痛、全身酸痛、疲乏无力等明显的中毒症状和呼吸道炎症的表现。

流行性感冒病毒有甲、乙、丙。每一型中又包括多种亚型。其中甲型流感病毒变异性最大，而且连续不断，约10-15年即发生较大变异，出现新的亚型。因为人群对新的亚型没有免疫力，所以，甲型多引起大流行。流感病毒抵抗力低，对干燥、日光、热及一般消毒剂很敏感，一般在空气中只能生存30分钟左右，所以要及时发现传染源就可以采取措施做好预防。

流行性感冒主要通过病人咳嗽、喷嚏等飞沫直接传播，发病三天内传染性最强。

流行性感冒潜伏期短，约1-2天。症状轻的，仅觉全身不适，持续1-2天。症状重的，畏寒高热、体温可达39-40摄氏度、四肢腰背酸痛、头痛，全身中毒症状严重。

临床上又把流感分为四个类型：

1．单纯型　最常见，病人畏寒发热、体温可达39-400C，同时头昏、头痛、鼻塞等，一般经3-5天逐渐消退减轻，退热后全身软弱乏力可持续1-2周。

2．肺炎型　高烧不退，咳嗽严重，呼吸急促，病情可延长至3-4周，少数可导致死亡。

3．中枢神经型　高热不退，中枢神经症状明显：头痛、头昏、甚至昏迷。

4．胃肠型　除全身中毒症状外，可有恶心、呕吐、腹泻等胃肠道症状。

由于病人体质、病毒类型不同，流行性感冒病情可大为不同，若并发其它病症就更为复杂。建议如有流感症状出现，请及时向医生咨询。
